Copyright and Terms

• Please keep in mind that I reserve the right to reject any order that makes me uncomfortable;

• All artwork contains a watermark that cannot be removed;

• I do not authorize the use of my artworks in AI image training;

• As the artist, I have the rights to share, promote and post the artwork anywhere (Socials, portfolio, galleries, etc.);

• As a client, you will have full rights to use the artwork for personal use (print it, post it, use it as a banner, put it on a shirt, use it in a video, etc.), however you must not use it for resale;

• When posting or sharing the artwork, the commissioner must give credit to the artist (mention or add a link for example);

• The public does not have rights to use or post the artwork without authorization, any kind of tracing will be also asked to be taken down.

Requirements

• The commissioner must provide a reference sheet and any other references you may have (Images, sketches, etc.);

• Along with a reference sheet, a text description will also be required, describing how you'd like the drawing to look like (Except for YCHs);

• Please provide contact details so I can notify you on anything (Communicate if I will accept the commission or not, notify and send progress pictures, notify if any incidents happen, etc.);

• I will regularly update you, with WIPs (Work In Progress pictures) and sketches.

Payments and Refunds

• All payments are handled through PayPal in USD, however for clients from Brazil can use Pix and pay in BRL as well;

• Commissions are paid either 100% in advance, or 50% in advance and 50% when you confirm you are satisfied with the sketch;

• Regarding refunds, if the drawing has not been started yet, you will be refunded the full price (100%), if the drawing is in the sketching/drafting phase, you will be refunded half the price (50%), if the drawing is complete, there will be no refund.

The Drawing Process

• In order to claim a slot, simply message me, and please provide any information necessary;

• Once you contact me, I will try to reach back to you as soon as possible to either confirm or reject the commission and give you the details on the queue;

• Once it's your place on the queue, I will contact you notifying it and will begin the drafting phase, if everything goes well, you will have the artwork in 4-5 days, however during the drafting phase you are able to make as many changes as you need, so this process may take a bit longer;

• Once the drawing is finished you will receive the final version with full resolution, if text or a background are added you can request a textless and no background version without any additional cost;
